Highview Waters Resort has been designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding environment. Many of the materials featured in the resort were chosen because they offer a sustainable alternative to traditional materials. Where possible the property includes recycled products that offer a long-lasting and low-maintenance solution.

Trex Decks was chosen to construct the decking for each cabin to ensure the high standards and aesthetic quality of the resort is maintained. Trex decking is environmental friendly, maintenance free, and comes with a limited 25 year guarantee against fading and staining. As the material does not require oiling, painting or staining the visual appeal of the cabins will remain consistent over time preserving the appearance of the resort for many years to come.

Replas was chosen as the approved material to be used for outdoor infrastructure throughout the resort. Recycled-plastic furniture, signage, bollards and other appropriate products will be a feature of the grounds and reinforce the sustainable design of the park. The Replas range is low-maintenance, long-lasting and offers an ethical alternative to the use of timber.
